Rowling, es una escritora y productora Británica. principalmente conocida por ser la creadora de la serie de libros Harry Potter, Cuya idea fue concebida durante un viaje en tren de Mánchester hasta Londres en 1990.

Su nombre completo es Joanne Rowling, nació el 31 de 1965 en Yate, South Gloucestershire, Inglaterra, Reino Unido. Está casada y tiene tres hijos.
